1. Definitions
"Service" refers to luxury transportation services provided by Dynasty Ton
"User" or "Client" means any person or entity accessing our website or booking our services
"Content" includes all text, images, software, and materials provided through our platform
"We/Us/Our" refers to Dynasty Ton, a Singapore-based transportation company
"Agreement" means these Terms of Service and any service-specific terms
2. Use of Services
Eligibility Requirements
- Users must be at least 18 years old to book services independently
- Minors may use services when accompanied by a responsible adult
- All users must provide accurate and complete booking information
- Corporate clients must have proper authorization to make bookings
- Security services require additional verification and documentation
Service Usage Guidelines
- Services are provided for lawful transportation purposes only
- Users must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations
- Booking confirmations must be retained for service verification
- Changes to bookings require advance notice based on service type
- Users are responsible for being present at agreed pickup times and locations
3. Prohibited Uses
Users may not engage in the following activities:
Illegal Activities

- • Transport illegal substances or contraband
- • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
- • Use services for criminal purposes
Service Misuse
- • Harass or threaten chauffeurs or staff
- • Damage vehicles or property
- • Interfere with vehicle operation or safety
- • Use services beyond agreed terms
Enforcement: Violations may result in immediate service termination, account suspension, and potential legal action.
4. Booking and Payment Terms
Booking Process
- All bookings are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability
- Confirmation will be provided within 2 hours of booking request
- Peak periods and special events may require extended advance notice
- Booking modifications must be requested at least 4 hours in advance
- Emergency or same-day bookings are accommodated when possible
Payment and Billing
Payment Methods
- • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX)
- • Bank transfers for corporate accounts
- • Monthly membership billing
- • Cash payments with prior arrangement
Billing Terms
- • Payment due upon service completion
- • Corporate accounts: Net 30 days
- • Late payments incur 1.5% monthly fee
- • All prices quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6. Liability and Insurance
Our Liability Coverage
- Comprehensive commercial vehicle insurance covering all passengers
- Professional liability insurance for service-related claims
- Property damage coverage for personal belongings during transport
- Public liability protection for third-party incidents
- Coverage amounts comply with Singapore regulatory requirements
Limitation of Liability
Service Limitations
Our liability for service delays, route changes, or scheduling conflicts is limited to the service fee paid for the affected booking.
Personal Property
Liability for lost or damaged personal property is limited to SGD 500 per incident unless declared and additional coverage purchased.
Indirect Damages
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from service use or unavailability.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
Our Content and Trademarks
- • All website content, logos, and branding remain property of Dynasty Ton
- • Users receive limited license for personal use only
- • Commercial use requires written permission
- • Reproduction or distribution prohibited without authorization
Third-Party Content
- • Third-party content used with proper licensing
- • Users must respect all intellectual property rights
- • Report any copyright violations immediately
8. Termination
Termination by User
- • Cancel individual bookings per cancellation policy
- • Terminate membership with 30 days notice
- • Request account closure at any time
- • Outstanding balances must be settled
Termination by Dynasty Ton
- • Immediate termination for terms violations
- • Suspension for safety or security concerns
- • Account closure for non-payment
- • 30 days notice for service changes
Effects of Termination: Upon termination, all rights and obligations cease except for payment obligations and provisions that naturally survive termination.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by Singapore law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
Dispute Resolution Process
- Informal Resolution: Contact our customer service team for initial dispute resolution
- Mediation: Participate in good faith mediation if informal resolution fails
- Arbitration: Binding arbitration under Singapore International Arbitration Centre rules
- Court Proceedings: Singapore courts for matters not subject to arbitration

Changes to Terms

These Terms constitute the complete agreement between parties, superseding all prior negotiations and agreements.

No Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it in the future.
Assignment
Users may not assign rights under this agreement without written consent.
